We are proud to call Metropolitan Place pet friendly! Our pet deposit is $250, one-time pet fee $250 and our monthly pet rent is $40, per pet.  We have an 80 lb weight limit.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $50 per applicant and a security deposit of $200 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 425-357-7203 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

Students living at Metropolitan Place attend Bryn Mawr Elementary School, St Anthony Elementary School, Nelson Middle School, Renton High School and Renton Prep High School.
